Insurance and payment information:

Dr. Armstrong accepts most insurances, however, she is a preferred provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield as well as Medicare.  She may not be listed as a provider with your insurance specifically, therefore it is recommended that if you plan to use insurance, contact your insurance carrier directly to find out what your coverage is for mental health services.  You will need to know what, if any, out of network coverage your insurance provides, if Dr. Armstrong is not listed as a preferred provider.  Deductibles and co-payments are received at the time of service and can be paid by cash, check, money order or limited credit cards at the time of service.

Insurance will be billed directly from Dr. Armstrong's practice for services rendered.
